1) Basic Home EMF Study: $150.00 to satisfy your curiosity. During our observation of your home we provide verbal suggestions to improve or restore the tranquility and enjoyment of your space. A simple account of general finding may be obtained for an additional fee. Also if you are curios about the effect your outside perimeter has on your home we can add that to your study too. (See extras) One visit at your location is designed into this service.
2) Regular EMF Study (up to 1500 SQ. Feet): $500 our most popular study! To begin a few pre-study
steps, together we will ... *If
you would like to do this yourself ahead of time and provide copies
before the study begins you may be eligible for a price
advantage of up to $150 savings.* Two visits at your location are designed into this service. * Extraordinary Costs *
3) Complex EMF Study or (more than 1500 SQ. Feet): call for pricing ... important for people with large homes and/or that enjoy the fun and convenience of having lots of technology. *If you are able to complete the pre-study steps you will be eligible for up to the same price advantage as above in the regular study.* We provide all of the elements included in the regular study with additional suggestions to introduce or re-implement the use of surge protection, power backup supplies and strategies including calculations to determine the size(s) and features of the mentioned items to best meet your current and foreseeable future needs. The first visit
is planned to be longer than the second. The calculations
and strategies to optimize your use of surge and power backups will
be included in your written report. That report will be sent to you
in the method agreed upon during the first visit. Two visits to your location are designed into the standard form of this service. * Extraordinary Costs * An additional visit or more time in each visit may be required if many rooms contain a TV, computers or gaming equipment or you have a number of multimedia viewing locations in your space. A final report can be provided for an additional fee. (See extras)
Pre-study steps : call before you decide to do this yourself as we have some samples that may assist you. Create drawings of your lot and home layout. From the information on your breaker box make a paper copy and verify the information as it relates to circuits connecting room(s) or specific sockets on a wall or countertop with the written sheet. If there are errors correct them on a final written sheet. If you find the breaker box task too difficult, let us know so we can book the extra time we will need to complete the task with you at the time of our first visit in the study. Even if you are not able to complete the whole pre-study task your completed drawings can still provide you with a price advantage.

If you would like to add this feature to your study let us know when you book the appointment. We will send you our device identifications sheet(s) so you can record the details of all of the items before we arrive at your location. If you require more than 5 item tests let us know so we can estimate the time and cost to satisfy your request. *** If you have friends or family in your area that might like to participate in your Mini Clinic EMF Study let us know because you might be eligible for a price advantage for your whole EMF study. ***
B) General written description of observations: flat fee of $50.00. All packages except the Basic Home EMF Study include a formal report containing much more detail than this general description. Add this description to your basic study if you would like to get the most out of this service.
C) The bird's eye view (outside): $50.00 extra when added to the Basic Home EMF Study. This service is included in all packages except the Basic Home EMF Study. An investigation outside your location (proper weather conditions permitting) of devices like air conditioning units, utility or power lines on your property, generators, pond or pool pumps (when easy to access), items attached to or close to your fence or property line etc. If the day you select
for your EMF Study has weather conditions too poor for an outdoor
investigation we can schedule one on another day that we are in your
area with no additional fee for travel. D) Final report: $50.00 This service will
update the initial formal report with the final fine tuned results
of filters and home modifications. Any strategies specific to your
situation that should be kept in mind in the future will be highlight
in this final formal report.
