the needs of single family homes or small offices that cover up to
1500 square feet. Homes > one kitchen, living
room, entertainment / recreational room and up to 4 bedrooms. Offices
> one kitchen area, reception area, one technology / formal
board room and up to 4 closed door offices. Our EMF Study can help make your house feel like home again!
Anyone with more than 2 small portable devices wishing to have them all evaluated at the time we are out doing your study may do so for an extra fee. Talk to us about price advantages available if you would like to setup a Mini Clinic EMF Study at your location directly following the completion of your study to include family or friend in your area.

1) Basic Home EMF Study: $100.00 + ... to satisfy your curiosity. We provide verbal suggestions to restore or improve the tranquility and enjoyment of your space. A written report can be obtained for an additional fee. (See extras) One visit at your location is designed into this service. * Extraordinary Costs *
2) Basic Office EMF Study: $180.00 + ... great if you have a plan in mind. We provide a written report including suggestions to restore or improve the efficiency, tranquility and enjoyment of your office. One visit at your location is designed into this service. * Extraordinary Costs *
3) Home or Office EMF Study: $300.00 + ... our most popular study! We provide a written report including suggestions to restore or improve the tranquility and enjoyment of your home or office. After you have completed the actions suggested and obtained any additional items mentioned in the report, we return to fine tune the arrangements and retest your home to verify the improvement. Two visits at your location are designed into this service. * Extraordinary Costs * 3b) is package 3 with an extra helping hand to draft your home layout or verify the breaker information as it relates to room(s) or specific sockets on a wall or countertop. This package (if determined before the appointment) will be handled by booking extra time and charged at our hourly rate. If the task was not planned ahead of time there may be an extra visit required with the travel fee of $50.
4) The Well Equipped EMF Study: call for pricing ... popular with people that enjoy the fun and convenience of having lots of technology. We provide all of the elements included in the 3rd level* with additional suggestions to introduce or re-implement the use of surge protection, power backup supplies and strategies including calculations to determine the size(s) and features of the mentioned items to best meet your current and foreseeable future needs. * The first visit is planned to be longer than the second. The calculations and strategies to optimize your use of surge and power backups will be included in your written report. That report will be sent to you in the method agreed upon during the first visit. The second visit will be scheduled after you have made the suggested modifications and have implemented the newly suggested surge/power/backup items. Two visits to your location are designed into the standard form of this service. * Extraordinary Costs * An additional visit or more time in each visit may be required if many rooms contain a TV, computers or gaming equipment and you have a number of multimedia viewing locations in your space.
5) Your Castle EMF Study: call for pricing ... ... ... and sit back to enjoy the royal treatment. We provide all of the 4th level elements keeping your hands free, as we order your items and coordinate setup when it all arrives at your home. Funds to cover the estimated costs of obtaining any additional equipment or devices will be requested up front. Three visits to your location are designed into this service. * Extraordinary Costs *
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Selected Extras: A) Mini Clinic EMF Study (at your location) of Small Portable Devices: 3 to 5 items. $30.00 extra. If you would like to add this feature to your study let us know when you book the appointment. We will send you our device identifications sheet(s) so you can record the details of all of the items before we arrive at your location. If you require more than 5 item tests let us know so we can estimate the time and cost to satisfy your request. *** If you have friends or family in your area that might like to participate in your Mini Clinic EMF Study let us know because you might be eligible for a price advantage for your whole EMF study. ***
B) Written Report: flat fee of $40.00 extra. All packages except the Basic Home EMF Study include a report. Add one to your study if you would like to get the most out of our service.
C) The Finishing Touch: $45.00 extra. You can add this to any of our service packages. An investigation outside your location (proper weather conditions permitting) of devices like air conditioning units, utility or power lines on your property, generators, pond or pool pumps (when easy to access), items attached to or close to your fence or property line etc... If the day you select for your EMF Study has weather conditions too poor for an outdoor investigation we can schedule one on another day that we are in your area with no additional fee for travel.
