1) EMR Screening : $150.00 at one location - to satisfy your curiosity, confirm a great choice or uncover challenges with your NEW property.

2) EMR Multi-Screening : $150.00 for the first location + our regular hourly fee for additional location(s) screening(s) and travel - to make your selection well informed and a great choice for your NEW property.

During our observation inside and out at each location we will provide verbal information about offensive objects, appliances or devices along with samples of chaos in the wall receptacles. As appropriate we will provide possible suggestions to improve or restore the tranquility of each location. A simple account of details and general finding may be obtained for an additional fee of $50.
