| A New Way of Living
Evon - I believe I have found a new balance in my life. I knew a lot of things before but did not always act upon them. The skills, techniques and exercises I now employ in my everyday life make it even more real. I find most of my answers within me now and I know when it is for the highest good to proceed. If I need a leg up, some clarification or the occasional therapy I know who to call. Thank you Robert for always making time for me. Lorna - I have had more challenges than I care to count in the last few years Helena. You and Robert have been rocks for me and my family. I feel I can let go and relate in our sessions in ways I have never found anywhere else. I believe it is knowing that I am understood and don't always need to feel responsible for everyone else's stuff that makes it possible to find the resources within me to engage the challenges rather that stepping aside until they find me. I still have a ways to go but in the amidst of it all there is more time of joy and peace than before. Thanks for being there for all of us when we need it.
