"Build and Balance"
is a 4 week introduction to Qi Gong for self healing.
Qi Gong
has many forms as there are for Yoga, Tai Chi and Meditation.
This style of Qi Gong involves: breath work, mental focus and
simple body movements.
It can be described as an active meditation that is done sitting or
standing peacefully,
with the feet placed flat on the floor.
In this course you build a balanced
foundation.
Topics include exercises to: enhance your grounding, assist with
venting and releasing heaviness, promote clearing the fog to move
forward and a strategy to both refill and deepen your reserves so
you may feel refreshed and well rested.
Regular practice provides a means to: overcome stress, diminish discomfort
due to injury or over-exertion, reduce variations of emotion, re-energize
after a long day and
bring greater balance to every part of your life.
