Qi Gong Training Flow and Details

It is simple to learn and put into practice.

Fees may change without notice so always contact us to be current.
2010 includes some changes to practice fees.

( The Plan, Standard Course Length & Timing, Standard Fee Structure, Course Phase or Bridge Review )

Your standard introduction to our program happens in two parts with 8 hours of instruction:

1) The first 4 week course titled "Build and Balance" will provide you with a good feel for how Qi Gong works for you and how to apply some of its simple exercises in your life.

- If you prefer we have a 5 hour Workshop that covers the "Build and Balance" material with extra time devoted to sound and light vibrations called - Breath is Energizing - .

2) The second 4 hour course titled "Sharpen Your Focus" is the second part of our introduction and will include more exercises that will become skills that can expand and enhance the effective nature of your home practice.

The two courses are designed to follow directly one after the other but may be taken separately if your schedule requires it.

Then it is time to further evolve the practice of your Qi Gong skills at home and with us at Saturday practice if you like until you are ready to continue with the training program.

3) When you decide to step forward into the next phase of training you can revisit (review) the material in the introduction FREE of fees.

See our section about review near the end of this sheet.

All Qi Gong instruction includes complementary phone contact with the instructor
for brief questions or assistance. A unique standard with Journey to Harmony courses.

These classes are unlike cardio workouts that repeat the same or similar material in every class. The new material presented at each class focuses on a specific purpose. When you incorporate each technique into your practice it is like an Artist's expression with specialized brushes or a Carpenter's precision with a well chosen tool belt.

You can paint a picture with a flat brush or sculpture wood with a rock and hammer but the right brush on canvas can create a master piece and a
saw and chisel on wood may produce a functional work of art.

Learning the way to use these specialized exercises and experiencing them in practice, is important because you are the task at hand!

As your practice and awareness progresses you will find even more
ways to incorporate Qi Gong into your life's preparations, performances and
celebrations of achievement.
A great method to reach for the best that you can be.

There are four course timing structures:

[each original class of instruction includes a complementary Saturday Practice class] during the week(s) of your registered course. They can not be saved for future use as they are intended to provide support and momentum during your study of new material.

4 week course 4 one hour instruction sessions &

four 1.5 hour practice classes ~ 10 total hours

6 week course 6 one hour instruction sessions &

six 1.5 hour practice classes ~ 15 total hours

8 week course 8 one hour instruction sessions &

eight 1.5 hour practice classes ~ 20 total hours

* Some months we have the opportunity to enjoy 2 hour classes. In those situations the duration of the course will be fewer weeks than listed above. The opportunity for practices during the course will be less in number as well.

Handouts are provided with every class with opportunities to add your own private notes to the sheets as you like.

The Course Fee Structure.

Generally at our location, group course fees are based on the Regular Course Fee Formula of $25 per person for each hour of instruction. Thus a 4 hour course is $100 + GST. We have a few variations differing from that formula based on the number of students in the course and any extra costs involved with off site presentations.

Most courses contain classes which build upon each other in a specified sequence. That flow creates strong essential foundations so plan to attend every class. If something unavoidable comes up arrange a make-up class to stay in step with your classmates.

Some months we have the opportunity to enjoy 2 hour classes. In those situations the duration of the course will be fewer weeks than listed above. *** See how we come up with the "hrs" in the previous section ***

Outside of private training, registration for first time presentations at our location, that include less than 4 hours (when available) use the Regular Course Fee Formula of $25 per person for each hour of instruction + GST.

Some people like to revisit or review classes or entire courses.

* When you register and pay for the next scheduled course you are eligible to attend in our stream of courses, you may audit one or all of the classes in the previous or same "phase" of courses you already attended, without additional fees. This does not include practice sessions outside the time frame of the registered course.

We welcome your review.
